Cathy and Vickie are two of my favorite people and a great team! We have moved three times in the past five years which is gross and exhausting and they have helped us with both buying and selling all three times. I wouldn't consider working with any other realtors.
You will know what is coming or what is required of you every step of the way, they are super responsive when you text or call and they are always five steps ahead. They will also calm you down when you are freaking out. :) I especially appreciate their knowledge when it comes to market conditions and negotiating.
It's not easy finding a good Realtor but they are exceptional and you can't go wrong in choosing them.

Out of state… is an entirely different ball game and Cathy knows ALL the rules. Professional, dignified and honestly idk what would have done without her. She found my home. In a world with Zillow… Redfin etc etc you think you would know the home you want… but without Cathy we would have passed by the prized jewel of the north end that is now our forever home.
