We listed two homes this year with Nancy and Victoria (Home In The Harbor). Initially they researched market and were accurate with realistic sales prices. They provided qualified referrals for minor repairs, cleaning, etc. as needed. Their flyers were professional, informative and beautiful. The houses were beautifully staged (no cost to us). Nancy and Victoria were both available day and night to answer questions, provide updates, etc. (Email, phone, and text). They communicated and worked with other real estate agencies, banks, title companies. From beginning to end it was a smooth process. Nancy Forsythe, Victoria Burgess, and Pat Grehan were the wonderful team we worked with to finally find a home. We retired and moved back after a 12-year absence, and wow things had changed! The market was extremely competitive even though prices had tripled. Some homes had serious problems we did not want to take on. Some escalated too high in price. One seller was very contentious, and then we sadly lost another house even though we had the highest bid and a fast cash closing. We had to sacrifice parts of our vision, but ended up in a good neighborhood near old friends. Through it all, our Windemere team was super responsive, thoughtful, detailed, and encouraging. They showed compassion, helped with decision-making processes on several offers, and made sure our questions were answered.
