Nancy Forsythe, Victoria Burgess, and Pat Grehan were the wonderful team we worked with to finally find a home. We retired and moved back after a 12-year absence, and wow things had changed! The market was extremely competitive even though prices had tripled. Some homes had serious problems we did not want to take on. Some escalated too high in price. One seller was very contentious, and then we sadly lost another house even though we had the highest bid and a fast cash closing. We had to sacrifice parts of our vision, but ended up in a good neighborhood near old friends. Through it all, our Windemere team was super responsive, thoughtful, detailed, and encouraging. They showed compassion, helped with decision-making processes on several offers, and made sure our questions were answered. Decades ago, my first home buying experience set a very high bar in terms of unparallelled agent support. This is the second time I can say I was truly blessed.

We were very impressed with Victoria's knowledge of waterfront properties on the market and ones that were sold in previous years. It is a specialty property due to wetlands, docks and access. I know if I were to purchase or list waterfront this is the team to hire.
