Trampas McCrae became my realtor in September of 2024, and he has proven himself to be a hard working, dedicated and compassionate realtor and human. Over the course of what I would consider to be a tumultuous sale and purchase process, Trampas was resourceful, effective and very reassuring to me and my family. To be clear, the problems that arose in the process were not in anyway Trampas’ fault. Still, he still diligently found solutions for any issues that came up. In the final days before closing, my bank inexplicably stated that due to some unclear issue it would be impossible for me to close on my new home on time. Also at this point my current home was sold and I needed to be out by within 4 days. Trampas refused to take no for an answer and worked extensively to find a solution. Because of his tenacity, knowledge and compassion, Trampas’ efforts ensured my purchase closed on time. My family is grateful to Trampas as we prepare to spend the holidays in our new home.
