Toni has the basics down - she's very available and made sure I was seeing the right stuff and signing the right papers. But even more importantly, she is a master of strategy and negotiation. I'm experienced with buying and selling in complex conditions, and so I'm familiar enough with strategy to get myself in trouble. Toni took my ideas, tailored them to local conditions and personalities (Tacoma Hilltop), threw in some of her own, made changes in consultation as conditions changed, and put us across the finish line. All without coming across as a bully to me or the seller, or making me feel small (sometimes a challenge when it comes to real estate as a single woman). Toni Monzon just completed a real estate sale for my aged father and we both could not be happier with Toni or the final outcome. Toni was engaged from the beginning of the process. She made numerous suggestions on how to prepare for the first showing and sale of the home. She helped communicate the current housing market and what was necessary to ensure a quick sale. She helped my father find tradesmen who could do various jobs around the home to put it on its best footing. Some of those required additional oversight and Toni stepped in to give additional guidance and get the work done in quick fashion. Toni then took charge of staging the house which turned the home into a showcase. We were able to have our first showing in just a few weeks time. The result was a Full Price Offer on day one ! Now you might think that was the end of the story but it was not. This particular buyer presented issues that Toni nor my father (longtime relator) had never seen. However, Toni was "calm under fire" and pushed the contract and close to its ultimate successful conclusion. At the end of the day Toni was a tremendous real estate professional and an outstanding advocate for my father who was living in another state by the time of the close.

When you get your first offer accepted and close in under 30 days, appraisal coming in OVER offer, ALL THREE TIMES we bought a house, you really can confirm the awesomeness of your real estate agent.
