Experience

I have been involved in real estate since high school, when I would file the paper copies of listings from the San Francisco Board of Realtors for Bill Adams Realty in Daly City, CA. Since that time I have worked as an escrow officer for over 25 years in San Mateo and Sacramento Counties. In between employment at title companies I worked in administration for various real estate offices in San Francisco, Daly City, and Brisbane, CA. I have had experience as a Notary Public, a Certified Loan Signing Agent and a Residential Property Manager.

At Windermere Signature Properties am an Executive Associate, which makes me one of Windermere Signature Properties’ top producers. In 2015 I won the Rookie of the Year Award for the Folsom Lyon Real Estate (now Windermere Signature Properties) office for selling the most homes in my first full year of selling real estate.

I guarantee an "Excellent Client Experience" for you in your home sale or purchase process. My primary focus is your confidence and trust for repeat business, and your referrals to family, friends and coworkers. I specialize in residential properties and equestrian properties. I especially like working with first time buyers and seniors. I was a horse owner for over 25 years, and I am well versed in the needs and wants of clients buying and selling equestrian properties. I've lived in the Sacramento area for the past 45 years and I am a fifth generation Californian.

I spent 30 years as a professional equine photographer and journalist, photographing horse shows in California, Nevada, Washington, and Germany. I was an accredited photographer at the 2006 FEI World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, the FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, and for four years at the FEI World Cup Finals for Dressage in Burbank, CA and Las Vegas, NV. I was also the official photographer at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials for the U.S. Dressage Team, held in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
