Sharon Scheidegger has been in the real estate business since 1988. She started her career in real estate in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties. She has worked with developers on new construction subdivisions and selling new construction homes to buyers. Currently she works with buyers and sellers in the Tri- County area – El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties.
Sharon has been married to her husband Bob, a retired Real Estate agent, for 36 years. They have 3 grown children – Whitney, Wade, and Paul - and 3 grandchildren – Keaton, Jonah, and Piper. They have lived in El Dorado Hills since 2003. Sharon and Bob are actively involved in the community and participate in the El Dorado Hills Newcomers Club and the Assistance League of Sierra Foothills.
Sharon is a current member of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors along with being a Certified Distressed Property Expert & Certified Negotiation Expert.
She specializes in the resale of single family homes, investment properties, townhouses/condos, and land.
