Samira helped my parents sell their home and she was there every step of the way - helping decide what to update prior to sale, home staging, photos, open houses, communicating with neighbors and family members, navigating offers, inspection, appraisal, repairs and closing paperwork . It was great working with her. Samira is very professional, very available for help and support through the process, and she stays focused to get results. My parents were thrilled with the price their home sold for and I was happy with how quickly the sale was completed. My parents had lived in the home 60 years and a lot has changed in real estate during that time. Samira was super considerate to my parents as she helped them through the process and answered all their questions and kept them updated as the sale progressed.

I bought my 3rd home in July 2017 thanks to Samira. I say "thanks to Samira" because without her it likely would not have happened! I presented a number of challenges as a home buyer: My location was limited to a single zip code, I had an unusual funding profile, I needed a home that was essentially move-in ready but that presented specific kinds of opportunities for improvement; I needed a home that was big enough for my growing family, in which I could have a gym, a place to store a large collection of sports equipment, was on a quiet street yet near to mass transit, featured a yard big enough for dogs and kids and gardening and entertaining, and - oh yes - just felt right to me. Samira was extremely skilled and patient as we combed the neighborhoods - she even found potential homes that didn't seem to be found anywhere else I looked. She took the lead in coordinating viewings around my complicated schedule - saving me so much time and runaround. During viewings, she helped me stay level-headed with her insights and understanding of my needs and goals; she was a grounding influence and helped me to think strategically about the opportunities and restrictions in each property. Samira worked around the clock for me, supporting with parts of my transaction that involved parties literally on the other side of the world; and, when parts of the transaction weren't lining up quite right - which in my experience is more likely to occur than not - she was able to use her business savvy, industry-knowledge, and connections to quickly bring things back into a favorable position for me. Samira treated me and my family like VIP's, and simply would not back down on our dream. For that I am deeply grateful and recommend her unreservedly if you, like me, need a ninja-level Real Estate Broker to get the job done!

Samira was the perfect guide for buying my first home! I walked in knowing nothing, and she walked me through each step during our very first meeting, and then walked me through it again when we reached each phase in the process. She is adaptable, making sure that the process of hunting was communicated in the way that made the most sense for me (I wanted to put everything in a spreadsheet for tracking, and she jumped right on board with my process!) I also have a habit of falling for "charm" in old Portland homes, and Samira was great about always letting me know what kind of work to expect to put into them without ever quashing my dreams. Samira has great knowledge of the market, so going on tours really helped her zero in on what I liked. We also had a lot of fun, which is a huge bonus on a long day of viewing homes. Once we finally had a home, and just over a week out from closing, suddenly it seemed like everything was falling apart. I was incredibly stressed and unsure of which moves to make, but Samira had a game plan and fought hard to ensure that we closed on time. I highly recommend working with Samira--- you can trust that she will work hard to find you your perfect fit!
