Rick is a 7^th generation, born and raised Whatcom County native who knows every nook and cranny of Bellingham and the surrounding area. His analytical knowledge of the market, infectious energy and high-level people skills make Rick a very valuable member of the Windermere family. Rick earns the trust of his clients by excellent communication and exemplifying the highest level of integrity in all professional and personal interactions. Rick has passion for his community and has served on the Whatcom County Commission Against Domestic Violence, announced high school football and basketball games on the radio and served in various non-profits. Rick enjoys sports, concerts and living in the best place in the world!
