Matt Delay is a licensed realtor in Portland, Oregon.  Born in Portland, he prides himself on his knowledge of the city, its vibrant neighborhoods, varied architecture and beautiful parks. 

Using an empathetic approach, Matt believes in listening more than speaking to help clarify his clients goals and is certain that no single real estate sale or purchase is as important as the people within the transaction. He is thrilled to be aligned with Windermere Realty Trust which supports their brokers with top level resources, education and tools to service home buyers and home sellers.

In his free time, Matt can be found making small to large designs in his woodworking shop or working on a yeast or sourdough bread, baguettes or pizza. As an amateur baker, he has made over 1000 loaves of bread for friends, family and bake sales!  Matt has been delighted to share the techniques and satisfaction of baking with many, many less experienced bakers.
