Leslie brought an entrepreneurial spirit and 20+ years real estate transaction experience working in Utah as a listing and buyers agent when she joined Windermere Real Estate in 2018. Leslie loves to share her enthusiasm for real estate and the great outdoors. She has invested over 28+ years working in Real Estate as an agent, investor, and owner/builder. Leslie enjoys working with investors and first time buyers alike. Her financial experience, acquired over 8+years as a licensed loan officer plus 20+ years as an active real estate agent, accents her transaction structuring that she brings to the negotiating table. Leslie knows how to help her clients ride the ups and downs of the market.
Leslie has participated in numerous projects employing the Best and Highest Use concepts, including residential/commercial rezones, commercial/residential remodels, flex use, condo and single family purchases and sales, subdivision infrastructure design and implementation, 1031 Exchanges, new single family residential construction and is the queen of the "1 wall remodel". As an owner/builder/designer she has constructed several single-family residences and duplexes along the Wasatch Front, Park City, and surrounding areas. Leslie shares her 'Tricks of the Trades' with her clients. Her claim that she can talk to anyone is backed by a Communications Degree from University of California at San Diego. Leslie's enthusiastic approach to home ownership, real estate investing and land acquisitions illustrates her competitive spirit which she carries into her personal life where she actively pursues her passions for horses, skiing, swimming, and climbing in the canyons along the Wasatch and Uinta ranges. Leslie strives for excellence and shares her real estate investment tactics with clients to enrich their understanding and satisfaction of homeownership and real estate investing. Leslie also enjoys family time and resides at a small ranch she built at the base of the Uinta National Forest, just east of Park City.
