I was born and raised in the Seattle area and have lived here all my life. I love the diversity of the area and all the wonderful activities that it affords. I have seen a lot of changes in the area over my lifetime and am excited to see our great city continue to grow and change. I am married and have adult two children. 

My Real Estate Experience and Expertise

I have been helping clients with all of their real estate needs since 1996 and over 90% of my business is repeat and referral from past clients, friends and family. I have been with the same Windermere office since I began my career and have built a reliable team from lenders, home inspectors, escrow and title companies and more. I am a full time Realtor and have vast experience and knowledge with single family homes and condominiums. I also have experience in helping clients purchase/sell rental properties. We have several rental properties that I manage so I am experienced in helping clients decide what is the best direction for them when investing. I have lived in the Seattle area all my life so I am very comfortable with a broad area and work with clients in the greater King and Snohomish County area.


I earned a BA in Business Marketing from the University of Washington in 1992 while working full time. I believe that continuing education is essential for staying ahead in this continually changing and evolving field and I take many classes each year to do this.

My goal when working with clients as your Realtor is to make the process as stress-free and fun as possible. If you are selling, my goal is to help you attain the best price for your home within a reasonable market time and if you are buying, I want to help you find the right home at the right price. I help you achieve your goals and desires and I take care of the details, making sure that your real estate transaction is as enjoyable as possible. By doing this, it is my goal that you would refer your friends and family to me when they are ready to buy or sell. I truly want to be “your real estate consultant for life”! A satisfied client is what I work for, not only during the transaction, but after the home is bought or sold as well. I believe that if I deliver above and beyond what you expect in service, then you in return, will give me your help by referring your friends and family.
