REALTOR® Kennedy Peterson is her clients’ #1 fan, and she’ll do just about anything to provide them with quality service! Early in Kennedy’s career, she adopted a people-first approach to business, and she is motivated to make experiences unforgettable by being thoughtful and intentional with the service she provides.
Kennedy grew up in Gig Harbor, has lived in Tacoma and Steilacoom, and today she lives in the Spanaway/Graham area where her and her fiancé recently purchased their first home. She especially loves helping other young folks purchase their first homes and helping people buy homes on land that allows plenty of space for gardens and pets (like chickens!), for example. This type and size of property is becoming more and more uncommon, so she’s always on the hunt for her clients. Kennedy is ready to help you find your happy place!
Before her career in real estate, Kennedy has been fortunate to experience a few different jobs. She found her passion for serving people as a barista at Cutter's Point Coffee for 5+ years. Kennedy learned the depths of what it takes to see a real estate transaction through to the finish line as an escrow assistant, and until recently she worked in the construction industry with designers and contractors in the world of masonry. Kennedy grew up in real estate offices and feels like she knows the culture through and through. Her parents have been in real estate for her entire life; her dad as a managing broker for Windermere, and her mom as a rockstar title & escrow sales executive.
Throughout these roles, she has practiced her passion for people and service. And she is just getting started! Kennedy knows she will never stop learning. She is dedicated to learning how to serve clients better and more efficiently, what tools and resources will aid in that, and how to best educate her clients.
When Kennedy isn’t working, she spends much of her spare time with her fiancé, and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks that LOVE long hikes, wrestling, and games. She loves ending her day with cooking a delicious dinner and listening to music to wind down. And she will always say YES to a good book!
