Early in Kennedy’s career, she adopted a people-first approach to business, and she is motivated to make experiences unforgettable by being thoughtful and intentional with the service she provides.
Kennedy grew up in Gig Harbor, has lived in Tacoma and Steilacoom, and today, she lives in the Spanaway/Graham area, where she and her husband recently purchased their first home. As she experienced it for the first time recently, she understands and appreciates the uniqueness of people's needs and wants in their home search. Kennedy is ready to help you find your happy place!
Before her career in real estate, Kennedy was fortunate to explore several roles that each contributed to her unique skill set. She began her journey in customer service as a barista, where she spent over five years honing her passion for connecting with people. Afterward, she expanded her expertise in real estate by working as an escrow assistant, gaining invaluable insight into the intricacies of a transaction and the attention to detail required to see it through to completion. Kennedy also spent time in the construction industry, working closely with designers and contractors in the field of masonry. These diverse experiences all played a pivotal role in shaping her current career path. In addition to her real estate work, Kennedy is the proud owner of a local coffee stand on Fox Island, where she continues to cultivate her love for serving her community. Having grown up in real estate offices, Kennedy feels a deep connection to the industry and its culture. Her parents, both seasoned professionals, have influenced her journey—her father as a managing broker with Windermere and her mother as a respected title and escrow sales executive.
Kennedy knows she will never stop learning. She is dedicated to learning how to serve clients better and more efficiently, what tools and resources will aid in that, and how to best educate her clients.
When Kennedy isn’t working, she spends much of her spare time with her husband and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks who LOVE long hikes, wrestling, and games. She loves ending her day by cooking a delicious dinner and listening to music to wind down. And she will always say YES to a good book!
