5 Stars – Stuck with us through the ups and downs! Kate was a fantastic partner through what turned out to be a pretty wild home-buying journey. We had a near-miss on one house, made it all the way to an accepted offer on another before realizing it wasn’t the right fit, and finally landed on a home that we absolutely love. Through all the changes, second thoughts, and pivots, Kate hung in there with us every step of the way. Kate brings a ton of local knowledge about Gig Harbor and has a strong network of inspectors, contractors, and other pros that made the whole process smoother.
