We interviewed a number of agents to sell our home, and none showed the enthusiasm or market knowledge that Karen has. Our property was a little tricky (higher price than most with a barn and acreage) but she was not dissuaded in the least. She showed us market comps and discussed a solid plan to 'make the sale'. Then once we decided to sign with her, she got to work: she made strong recommendations on how to get our house in the best shape for showing, spread the word across her extensive network, and kept us in the loop at all times on next steps and associated progress. The result? She had us under contract in under 10 days with a qualified cash buyer. Then she went out and found us another great house to buy that fit our needs perfectly and made that happen as well. In short, she gets it done! On top of that, Karen was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive, always on top of it. And most of all - she cared. We weren't 'just another client'. We were someone she went to bat for - with our interests and concerns always her top priority. I've done more than a dozen real estate transactions in three states, and Karen was the best agent I've worked with. Even though the purchases I made -- land and a home -- were relatively small, she treated me as if I were her only customer. She's equally adept at negotiating a deal, sitting in the dirt talking to an architect and assessing property, grabbing her tape measure, and finding the help you may need from contractors to garbage pick up. She is a true iron fist in a velvet glove -- really a great person overall.
