My Real Estate Story:

My Real Estate story stretches back to when I was 8 years old driving with my father to take Polaroid photos of his real estate listings in rural Vermont. Like my father, my work ethic and honest, straight dealings with clients and colleagues keeps my schedule full. Also like my father, I’m a born 'Horse Trader'. Anyone can close a simple transaction; I read people and situations and get deals done for my clients despite difficult personalities and challenging scenarios - and I love every minute of it. My office is located in Port Townsend, but my business spans evenly throughout East Jefferson County. I know every back road in the county, and a lot of the stories that go along with them. If something needs to get done, people call me to find out who to call.

What I bring to the table:

I always go the extra mile to make sure my clients are being taken care of in the same manner I would want a member of my own family to be cared for. Both myself and my assistant Rian don't take our duty to my clients very seriously. Buying and selling a home can be a difficult and sometimes frustrating process, but It can also be a very gratifying one too! Over the past 20 years, my clients have found that my ability to keep a level head and work through issues in a non-aggressive, solution-based approach with the opposite party makes the process of a home or land purchase a pleasurable one. I take pride in my positive attitude and tenacious problem solving. I can 'Get it done'. If there is a roadblock that can be solved, I WILL find the way.

I take great pride in exceeding my clients expectations of a real estate professional.

A little bit about Me:

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a double major in Humanities and Psychology. After graduating, I worked for 4 years in the financial services industry in the Boston area. In 1998 I moved to Port Townsend and exercised my life-long love of woodworking as a professional boat builder for 5 years before starting my career in real estate. In 2004 my wife and I purchased 20 acres on Eaglemount Road in Chimacum and proceeded to clear a two-acre homestead that very first winter with two chainsaws and a small tractor. The next year we built our own small home by hand and moved in. My wife is the owner of Nicole Fox Bookkeeping and a graduate of Luther College with a degree in English. In 2009 we had our first child, Samuel Garfield Fox and in 2014, our second son Thomas Branford Fox. Today, my free time is filled with outdoor adventures with my sons (currently ages 9 and 14). Our 20 acres is a little boy’s playground with a salmon stream, treehouses, mountain bike trails and zip-lines to fill the days.

This is my "Go-Time” in life, both personally and professionally. I work hard to keep my famiily and work life balanced. The people I work with and the place I get to do it in keeps me happy and focused. We work every day to make sure our home and land is a happy, fun place to be for our kids to be kids, never failing to appreciate why this beautiful area of the Pacific Northwest is such a draw to so many people, young and young-at-heart.
