Yes he’s a realtor but he was also a rock through the home buying process. He was there every step of the way offering support when we needed it! The moment we met Jeff we knew he was right for us. We cold called him on his day off to find out more about the Northview2 units. He not only took our call he reserved a lot on a virtual handshake to help us secure the lot as other buyers were shopping the same lot simultaneously. He then cancelled his personal time for the day and came to the site to meet with us in person to go over all the details and complete the necessary paperwork. He was completely transparent about everything related to the purchasing process including any risks and benefits. He offered up a dual agency relationship without any pressure to do so. His professional demeanor and authenticity gave us the confidence to manage all our affairs on the other end and move forward. We’re glad we did… all aspects of the transaction were handled seamlessly. Along the way a lot came available that better fit our needs for timing and location. He let us know as soon as it came available. He handled the transfer efficiently with enthusiasm. Jeff communicated well, always responding in a timely manner. His follow up and follow through were always spot on. He never hesitated to speak to the GC on our behalf and vice versa. If we had to do it all over again with Jeff; we would!

Jeff was great to work with. We purchased a new home that was under construction. Due to pandemic conditions final construction was delayed. Jeff did a great job communicating every milestone and kept us calm and informed during a difficult build process.
