I feel so grateful to have had Heather’s help when I bought my house in Bellingham. I had bought and sold several properties in the past, but this latest transaction was by far the smoothest. My search was complicated by the fact that I wanted to buy a small home in a popular area of town. Heather was extremely patient with me during my nine-month search; I never once felt pressured to buy a property that didn’t fully suit me. In addition, Heather was great at thinking “outside the box” by suggesting homes that fell outside the narrow search criteria I’d given her. This strategy helped me reconsider some of the choices I’d made about the size and location of the house I would buy, which in turn, opened up more properties for me to view. In the end, I got a great deal on a wonderful house in a gorgeous neighborhood. I will definitely recommend Heather to friends and associates. You couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

This was the third home I have bought over the years and by far Heather is the best agent I have worked with or met during my other experiences. Heather helped us buy our home when we relocated from the Seattle area. She has a wealth of knowledge about Bellingham homes, but also helped us learn about the more rural, out-of-town areas we were interested in.
