Hello, my name is Damian Pro, Realtor/Broker, Whatcom County Real Estate expert and a 2nd generation Realtor. My father started his career in the 1980's shortly after relocating our family to Whatcom County. I learned about the fundamentals of real estate early in life. Being raised by a Realtor in the 80’s there were days when my Father picked me up from school with strangers sitting in his car. This meant only one thing, I was touring properties whether I liked it or not!

How The Mantra Came to Be

Before my real estate career began in 2003 I studied urban and environment planning and earned my degree at the University of Washington. After graducating I started work in telecommunications building out cellular networks for cell tower companies and broadband carriers. This entailed acquiring land and structures through purchase or lease, acquire permits, address city councils and their respective constituents, and manage the construction phases of the sites through completion.

With firsthand experience working with city and county planning departments over the years it's enabled me to build strong relationships with local decision makers. If I don’t have an answer to your zoning or city ordinance question, I know someone who does. Through my education and training by top notch professionals, I’ve learned that there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work in today's profession.

In my experience as a real estate professional, I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a great listener, as well as an excellent communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. Mantra~ client first philosophy.
