Early Life & Education
Dama was born in Moscow, Idaho, and grew up in a military family before settling in the Snoqualmie Valley, where she graduated from Mt. Si High School. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Washington State University.
Career Beginnings
After college, Dama spent seven years in Santa Barbara, California, as a Buyer and Purchasing Agent for an industrial laundry company. In 1991, she returned home to the Seattle area and began a new chapter in the construction industry, working over a decade as a Purchasing Manager and Senior Estimator until the 2008 housing market downturn prompted a new direction.
Aerospace Chapter
Seeking new opportunities, Dama transitioned into aerospace, joining Boeing in Everett as a Supply Chain Management Analyst. She remained in that role until June 2020, when she and her husband chose to semi-retire and enjoy a slower pace of life.
New Adventures in Real Estate
Never one to stay idle, Dama joined Windermere Real Estate / CIR in September 2021 as a part-time Agent Assistant, combining her professional experience with her passion for customer service—supporting agents and fostering meaningful, trust-based relationships.
