If you are looking for an amazing realty team, I wholeheartedly recommend Daryl and Cheryl Main. They helped my sell a house and recently helped me buy a house.
They were so helpful, compassionate and kind when my husband and I were selling our house. It was during the height of COVID, and during the process, my husband became deathly ill. We had a buyer, but my husband was in a coma and could not sign the necessary documents or do the tasks needed to complete the sale. Daryl and Cheryl were so resourceful and diligent, they made it possible for the sale to go through and close. I know I could not have done this without them. Good news, my husband recovered!
I am now single and decided to purchase a home. I immediately called Daryl and Cheryl. Between Cheryl’s attention to detail, quick response and positive attitude and Daryl’s ability to assess good and not so good things about a house, I knew I would be in good hands. I now have a lovely home in a neighborhood I enjoy.

We recently sold our house to move out of state. After interviewing three realtors, we landed with the Main’s as they came well prepared with their presentation and showed us comps in the area that were 1) relevant to our house, 2) were within a 5-10 mile radius and were comparable to our square footage and year built of our home. One realtor came in very high (which seemed like he was trying to buy our business), and the other low balled our home and was hoping for multiple offers. We couldn’t afford to run the risk of not receiving those and leaving money on the table. We appreciated how attentive they were, their laid-back approach and their help securing a contractor to help with some items that needed to be addressed prior to listing our home. They were with us every step of the way. Extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had (which were many!). I also feel other realtors like to work with them as they are genuinely nice, nice people (which isn’t always the case with some realtors). We ended up having to reduce the price of the home (due to being on a tight time-frame with our move out of state). We were never met with any hesitation out of them and we leaned on them for their expertise in coming to this decision. We would highly recommend the Main’s for any real estate transaction!

Nothing but great things to say about their team! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and it was all so foreign and scary. Cheryl represented us and really made our home buying experience amazing. Like other reviewers have said, every question is valid and promptly answered. They also went above and beyond after closing on the house to make sure we were settling well in our new home. Months later they even brought us a bottle of wine for Christmas as a gift! "The Mains came highly recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint. They had a lot of great suggestions based on many years of experience.
