I would recommend Carla to anyone looking for a realtor. She was very knowledgable with all aspects of selling my home. She stays current with the market trends and knew what price to list for. I was nervous it was too high at first..but I had an offer the first day for above the asking price! Carla was quick to respond and was very patient with any questions I had. Carla was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I live out of state and feared the process to get house my house sold was going to be a nightmare. I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't. Carla went above and beyond what I believe a realtor normally would do. She communicated with me regularly, walked me through the whole process and stayed with me until the very end. I always felt I was than just a client to her which I can't say for all realtors. First time buyer perspective here, and most importantly, Carla responded to our feedback about every house we looked at together! Since she was listening intently to everything we liked and disliked about houses we viewed, so we ended up getting a house that had everything we wanted at the price point we gave her at the beginning of our search. As for the paper work, she broke it down for us, kept us on task when necessary, and encouraged us to take our time on the non-negotiables. I absolutely recommend her given how thoughtful she was throughout the process, it's safe to say my wife and I felt like family with her.

Carla is an outstanding Real Estate Professional. We engaged her to sell my mothers house and she demonstrated exceedingly high ability. She was very thorough and accurate in her market analysis and also understanding of local trends. She worked closely with our family all of whom were saddened by the recent loss of our mother. She engaged all of us with tact and understanding. This was a trying time for our family and she understood how to keep everyone in the loop on all of the activities we needed to complete, the timing of the trades folks and what time they'd be at the house, and she listened to everyone's suggestions and ideas. Her coordination of minor repairs and a few major ones was very fast, efficient, and economical. We did not complete any work that didn't have value. Carla is also very personable and presents such a strong image which inspires confidence. Her advice on offers and how best to respond was great. She brought in an excellent escrow professional so the closing, even though I was 2000 miles away as the executor in Wisconsin, went without a hitch. I really can't say enough about Carla, I think she may be the best professional person I've ever worked with and I have a job where I work with professional people daily in the health care field. Kudos and my deepest thanks go to Carla.

Carla is an awesome realator! I had a rental condo to sell and had interviewed several agents. We discussed my need for carpet, painting and other repairs. Instead of telling me who I could contact, as the others had done, she immediately got on her phone to her contacts and arranged for me to meet them all at one time and get quotes.
