Bella Chaffey Lakic leads with integrity, ensuring her buyers and sellers receive a level of service that not only leads them to their real estate goals, but also makes them feel fully supported throughout the entire process. Bella isn’t completely satisfied with a transaction until her buyers have found the first-time home purchase, dream residence, or investment opportunity that is one hundred percent right for their needs.
Her extensive preparation and strategic advisement for her sellers begin with a comprehensive to-do list, including everything from scheduling vetted contractors to presenting a thorough marketing plan. Her expert marketing includes taking high quality photos and platform-specific videos for social media, creating a custom website, and tapping into her network of potential buyers and agents. Above all, Bella is committed to providing her clients with the same quality of service no matter the price point.
In addition to her accomplished real estate career, Bella is the Executive Director of Alexander’s Hope, a nonprofit she started. Alexander’s Hope partners with the Nick of Time Foundation to perform youth heart screenings to test for undiagnosed heart conditions at local high schools once a month. Through her experience with Alexander's Hope, she has mastered how to run a business, connect with people, share stories, host large-scale events, and market something she believes in.
Bella has deep community roots; she grew up in Bellevue and spent most of her childhood in the Eastside. Her expertise in the area aids in guiding her clients in the markets she knows best.
Bella now lives in Clearview Snohomish on three acres with her husband, Nikola, who is an award-winning cinematographer who takes all her listing videos, her daughter, and their band of animals, including many dogs, alpacas, goats, and chickens. When Bella isn’t guiding her clients towards success, she manages to stay plenty busy training for triathlons, traveling around the world, rescuing and fostering dogs, including producing a documentary film for Unega Mountain Dog Rescue in Idaho, and is a member of Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club.
