We recently bought a home where Sara was representing the sellers. We worked with Sara, Karen and her entire team to help sell our home that we had lived in for almost 27 years. They were incredible throughout the entire process getting our home ready to list. If something needed to be done they made the contact, set up the appointment and followed through to completion. They even helped us with furniture that would not fit in our new home. Basically, any stress or worry that we had was resolved with a quick text or phone call to the team. After we moved out they quickly swooped in with various crews to clean, stage, and photograph our home. are fabulous. I had been looking for a home for about a year but hadn’t yet obtained a realtor to work with. I chatted with them at an open house and found them to be friendly but also very knowledgeable about regulations regarding remodeling, tree removal, septic systems, and so on. When I found my dream home a few weeks later, I contacted them on short notice and asked if they could make an offer for me. They stayed late on a holiday weekend to get everything prepared and sent off. They gave great advice on making a reasonable but compelling offer, and it was accepted. They have stayed in touch and have responded promptly to any follow up questions I’ve had. They have also been a great resource for finding home and property maintenance services since I’m fairly new to the area. I’ve never had a plumber respond so quickly! They know the Eastsude well and have great resources to draw upon and are extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
