Karen has been an integral part of Sara Miller Group for nearly a decade, bringing both operational expertise and a client-focused approach to every experience. Starting as Director of Operations and now a licensed broker, she plays a pivotal role in preparing each home for market and ensuring every transaction is executed with precision and care.
Karen leads listing preparation, staging, and project management with a thoughtful, detail-driven approach. From initial planning to final presentation, she ensures each home is positioned to stand out—while creating a seamless, stress-free experience for clients every step of the way.
Known for her calm presence and meticulous attention to detail, Karen is passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported throughout the process. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage every moving piece allows each transaction to unfold smoothly and successfully.
An Eastside native, Karen grew up in Sammamish, where she still lives today. She is a University of Washington graduate and, along with her husband, a devoted Husky fan. Deeply connected to the community, Karen is actively involved in local youth organizations and is a respected local leader.
