Mike Hutchison brings to Windermere Real Estate 30 years of real estate experience. He began his career in real estate purchasing residential rental and rehab properties in the Chicago suburbs. Following many successful transactions, Mike moved his talents into identifying and purchasing vacation rental properties, eventually growing his portfolio as a land developer, home builder, and property manager. Seeking a higher quality of life, Mike, an avid skier, headed west and now enjoys sharing his passion for real estate by identifying properties that meet the individual needs of his clients in Park City.

Mike was joined in the business by his wife, Bonita, in 2018 after a successful career in non-profit administration and marketing. Together, the two combine experience, knowledge, and a customer-first approach to providing clients a hands-on, personalized real estate experience.
