Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isn’t afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. She gave us step-by-step instructions on how to get our house ready and guided us to make sure that we got the best possible offer with the least amount of risk. Our home sold in no time. We were so beyond blessed to have crossed paths with Ida. Our journey started out moving from Hawaii to WA. At first we tried to buy without any help and we found that to be extremely difficult. We had friends who had previously purchased a home in Washington so we reached out and they recommend Ida and we are so glad they did. Ida was quick to respond when we reached out. She started asking questions to get a feel on what we were looking for. She sent us tons of homes to look at. Ida was very knowledgeable especially when it came to the area. She was able to talk about the pros and con of area, schools, traffic, and list goes on. Any questions we asked she either had an answer or found it for us. She also was very helpful when it came to walking us through the process of buying a home. Because Ida is so responsive and helpful we were able to buy our home in a little over a month. Considering how competitive the market is right now that's almost a miracle. I would highly recommend Ida. She is a hard worker, honest, and kind. She is the best there is.

We are so glad that we decided to work with Ida to buy our 1st home. The whole process was brand new to us and more complicated since we were shopping from out of state. Ida taught us so much about real estate and was a tremendous resource throughout the entire process. We truly felt like she had our backs and her only goal was to help us find the right home. We fully trusted Ida every step of the way and enjoyed the weekend we spent touring Kitsap county with her. Jim Robb was outstanding during the process of selling our house. We had to move and he assisted in coordinating and checking up on last minute post move out repairs. He was attentive, communicated well, and in the end we ended up with multiple offers the day we listed and sold for more than expected. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jim Robb!

After months of going back & forth on deciding to sell our home...My husband and I was searching for a Realtor. We chose Ida because she was highly recommended around the area & her numbers showed how amazing she is. This was our first experience selling a home & was so lost on where to begin. I'm a military buyer that due to my circumstances had to buy while living in another part of the country. Ida went the extra mile to travel over an hour to the market where I was looking and not only took pictures but also sent videos of everything from the neighborhood to interior details of several houses. She's a pleasure to work with and the type of person you want at your side when it comes time to make important home-buying decisions. I was a first time home buyer. She showed us a list of places that match my wife and my must haves and preferences. We chose a house that was a short sale. She informed us about the short sale process, and we were prepared for it none the less. After we made our offer we ended up closing in either 1.5 months or 2 months.she knows this area well and I would recommend anyone to her especially first time home buyers.

We are a military family that has purchased and sold several homes. Ida stands out by far as our best realtor. We were looking at houses from out of state when I stumbled across a foreclosure that had just hit the market. I knew that this house would go very quickly. I called Ida, who had been referred to us by a friend. She went right over to the property and took very detailed videos of the house, uploaded them to you-tube and sent them to both my husband, who was deployed, and me. We were able to make a quick offer. We are now living in our dream house, in a oerfect family neighborhood, and loving life. We owe it all to Ida's quick response, dependability, and superior real estate knowledge. My husband and I highly recommend Ida for all of your real estate needs.

If you are looking for a home in Kitsap County (and beyond), Ida is the person to go to. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the market in this area, but she is patient and fun to boot! We took a lot of time trying to find the right fit for us and Ida was there for us every step of the way, all the way through closing. I 100% believe we could not have done this process without her and my husband and I found ourselves saying frequently 'thank goodness we have Ida'. Call her!

Ida is an amazing person! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process of home buying. She was quick to answer all of our questions or help us find the right answer. We arrived on a last minute visit with limited time to house hunt, and she was extremely responsive and effective at showing us a large variety of homes and locations. She (and her husband, Jim Robb) helped us through our first home buying experience from afar. Despite the different time zones, negotiations and paperwork were handled vey quickly. Everything was ready for us when we came back out to do final paperwork. I would highly recommend Ida to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. She is the Best!!

Ida was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us sell our house within 60 days of listing. Because we lived outside of the area, she connected us with local contractors, landscaping and other services that were needed to get the house into prime condition. She was responsive and available for any questions and requests. Ida knew the market well and helped us negotiate a great price! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was on deployment and reached out to Ida as I needed help finding a place in relative short notice and in a hot market. Ida laid out a house hunting plan for me and the day after I got back to the area we were looking at houses. After a couple of 'almost but not exactly what I am looking for' homes Ida suggested we tweak our approach and expand my search area. Within a day we found a near perfect match, put an offer in and had it accepted. I really could not have asked for more from Ida. From the first contact to closing Ida was professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help at the moments notice. I can't praise the work Ida did for me enough. My only regret is I didn't follow her recommendation on mortgage lender. I highly recommend Ida.

Ida was extremely responsive to calls, questions, inquiries throughout our home buying experience. As a first time home buyer there were MANY questions about the process and Ida was right there with a knowledgable and understandable explanation. Ida worked with us on the things we wanted in a house and a neighborhood and found us many options to checkout. She was very patient, helpful and informative through the whole process and stayed with us from the very start until the very end when we finally got the keys in our hands! Ida helped us to purchase our current house. We were coming in from out of the area, with a very short house hunting trip during which we needed to find our dream home in an area we had no familiarity with at all. Her extensive knowledge of the area was so helpful, and neighborhoods she showed us were all a perfect fit for our family. She was great at listening to what we wanted and matching us to neighborhoods we loved. Being a military wife, I consider myself somewhat of an expert house hunter, but Ida was able to introduce us to houses that I never would have found or considered on my own. The house we ended up buying was in a neighborhood I had written off as too expensive, but she was able to negotiate a price on our house that was comfortably in our price range. Once we identified our dream home, we ran into some of the typical snags along the way to purchasing it. Ida was WONDERFUL at guiding us through negotiations, and was always looking out for our interests - not just trying to push the sale through for her own benefit. We were thrilled with the price we ended up paying for our home, and closing went smoothly. On top of all of that, Ida is just a fun, nice person to be around. If you're going to be stuck in a car with a realtor for a few days, looking at house after house, that's a nice quality in my opinion. I would highly recommend choosing Ida as your realtor.

My wife and I were introduced to Ida through a friend within the Navy. My friend had recently purchased a home in WA through Ida while living in Florida and I was aiming to do the same. 'Sight unseen' was a buzzword used for many months leading up to us finally walking into our new beautiful home on Whidbey Island. Naturally I had many reservations about going through my first home buying experience, while across the country, and without even being able to see the home with my own eyes before signing the documents. I'll tell you what though, Ida made it possible. Ida personally took tons of pictures, videos, and sent detailed write ups about what the homes looked like from the moment you drove into the neighborhood all the way down to how noisy it was sitting on the back deck for a beer. She was able to tactfully answer all of our questions about home inspections, escrow paperwork and mortgage finances. Things that are all foreign to someone who has lived in college apartments all their life. I did not realize when dealing with her from across the country what lengths she had to go in order to send these hand captured photos and videos. After finally meeting her in person and familiarizing myself with the geography of western Washington, I realized that every time she was sending photos or videos or honoring the wife and I's countless requests like 'hey Ida, we like that picture of the bathroom, but could you get one more picture from the other side so we can see the back of the door?,' turns out she was driving 2.5 hrs and 2 different ferry rides to get to these homes from where she lives. Bottom line: If you are looking at buying a home in the PNW from out of state, you are new to the area, and you demand a realtor who will leave no stone unturned for her buyer, Ida is the one. -Scott & Mer

Ida helped us to find our first single family home. I was very nervous about the home buying process, because I had to do it with my 9 months old daughter, without my husband. He has been away for training. Ida wasn't just sensitive of our situation, but made me super comfortable. I was amazed by her knowledge of the real estate business. She has tons of experience and goes out of her way to get whatever her clients wants or needs. If you're looking to buy or sell a house do not hesitate to call her, I can only recommend her so much.

It was a year long process to get a home bought for us. Ida was there the whole way. Through the tears and frustration and finally the happy end result. She is honest & never told me just what I wanted to hear. She is cool, calm and collected. Even when I am not. I truly believe we got the house we got because of her.

Her skill in extracting just what you like and what is important to you on a personal level is amazing. She helped us find our new home in a matter of days and walked us through the process and answered questions promptly and in layman's terms. Her background in understanding Military life and the stress of the moves is so calming when making your choices of commute to and from the bases . Her knowledge of the area from historic points to the newest hippest things to do is so helpful in making the choice of which location will be your new happy place!

Ida is an amazing realtor. My family purchased a home sight unseen using Ida from across the country. She couldn't have been more helpful, she did everything and went WAY out of her way to make our move perfect. I know she has a lot of clients all of the time, but she makes it feel like you are the only client! She cares about what you like, not just making a dime. Before I used Ida I received three different recommendations to use her from independent sources. Even with all of that aside, she knows what she's doing. She knows the market, the homes, the locations, her job! She is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone!
