My name is Jason Loeb and I have lived my entire life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I was born and raised in Skagit Valley and have lived in Bellingham since 1992, graduating from WWU with a degree in Finance in 1996.
I've worked in real estate for over 20 years and am licensed with Windermere Whatcom. I specialize in the transaction coordination of both residential and commercial real estate sales and purchases. With my many years of experience including single family construction, land, multi-family and commercial development, I feel that I can provide a high level of service and expertise in just about any size real estate transaction here in Whatcom or Skagit county.
At the core of my business, I value personal relationships and hands-on guidance. I enjoy working with friends and family and those they refer me to, as I assist buyers and sellers navigate the sometimes confusing and perilous landscape of real estate transactions. I am actively involved in the mountain biking and snowboarding community and have donated over $70,000 of my real estate commissions to the WMBC.
