The weeks rotate each year so you'll have a different set of weeks each year. ORTSA owners can trade weeks among themselves. ORTSA is associated with RCI so an owner can join RCI, if they choose to, and then book one or both weeks to trade for use of one of 3600 condos around the world that are booked with the RCI organization.
