Zahra Lechak is a broker unlike any other. Having proven herself in the upper echelons of the soccer world, she’s now a passionate real estate professional committed to helping her clients find their own success. Zahra’s real estate practice is defined by her top-notch communication skills, personable approach and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, Zahra has a local’s knowledge of the region — from Eastside cities to Seattle’s many unique neighborhoods. Her soccer career spanned across the country and even internationally, allowing Zahra to build a strong network and sphere of influence that she can access anywhere. Whether her clients are selling a luxury property or searching for their first home, Zahra strives to provide every client the utmost in integrity and service.

Zahra’s passion for soccer began in the Pacific Northwest, and ultimately she was recruited by the University of Connecticut. There, she began a successful career as a college athlete while studying cell biology and chemistry. After graduating, Zahra returned to Washington as a researcher at Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center, playing professionally for the women’s Sounders team at the same time.

From there, Zahra was handpicked to build the girl’s program at a new youth soccer club that would go on to become one of the biggest and most successful clubs in the Northwest. Stakeholders credited the club’s trajectory to Zahra’s hard work, leadership, strategic thought and collaborative style. After this success, Zahra became a Club Development Manager and Technical Advisor with the U.S. Soccer Federation. In that role, she consulted top pro and amateur club leaders and boards in five unique markets across the West Coast, providing guidance in all areas of club operations, strategic planning, branding, coaching education and player development.

Zahra’s skills and success in the soccer world have heavily influenced her path in real estate. She loves building relationships with her clients, coaching them through the competitive Seattle and Eastside markets and connecting them with the resources they need to find their personal win. Her clients benefit massively from her strength as an educator, her ability to thrive under pressure and her unwavering commitment to the success of others. Whether negotiating your offer or marketing your home, Zahra will lead strategically, communicate thoughtfully and go above and beyond to ensure a winning outcome.

As a working mother, Zahra has a whole other set of important stakeholders in her life – her family. In their free time, Zahra and her husband enjoy cheering on a few favorite teams, and they especially love watching their two incredible children take the field.
