It is rare to find something you enjoy doing that it doesn't feel like "work". I am fortunate to have found my passion in real estate sales and never looked back. Raised in Vancouver BC, climbed the corporate ladder in New York,and now pursuing the dream of my life.

My success lies in relentless focus on customer needs and to work tirelessly to achieve the results they are seeking. Purchasing and selling real estate is one of the, if not the, largest investment in anyone's life so I do not take my responsibility lightly. It is also an emotional journey so I'm not all just business all the time and definitely no pressure sales from me!

My negotiations approach is based on a win-win non-adversarial premise that seeks not only the middle ground, but also for both parties to be proud of the transaction.

Prior to residential brokerage, I was VP of Real Estate at Morgan Stanley in the commercial real estate space and have consulted Fortune 100 companies across the nation for over 15 years. I attained my MBA from Cornell and my Bachelors of Commerce from University of British Columbia.
