A native Seattleite, Virginia hung her first real estate license at Windermere Real Estate in 1990. By age 24 she was a licensed broker and just in time for her 34th birthday she opened her own brokerage (Aspen Grove Real Estate) in Ketchum, ID. Today she is licensed in three states (WA, ID & CA). Virginia began her career selling high-end residential homes and condominiums, eventually also specializing in new construction sites as well as conversion projects.

In 2004 at the height of the real estate market, Virginia moved to Sun Valley, Idaho, to work with resort developers from major gateway cities on hotel/land/condominium/residential club acquisition projects. Betwixt her many endeavors, she worked alongside city municipalities to reshape the building codes, create feasibility studies/marketing plans and was the eyes/ears/voice for out-of-state resort developers. Simultaneously, she additionally built-out and ran the e-commerce division for The Sun Valley Company.

The onset of the housing and financial crisis in 2009 forced time of reflection for many; Virginia took the opportunity to attend The Art Institute of Seattle to study graphic design as well as pursue her various interests in the arts. She can often be found staging houses, working on interior design projects, appraising antiques, arranging flowers or brokering art.

In 2012, Virginia moved to the Bay area and hung her license at Sotheby's in St. Helena (Napa, CA). In addition to selling real estate, she also created event and marketing reports for wineries.

In 2015, she rejoined Windermere Real Estate in Seattle where she works in both the residential and commercial sectors. In addition to interior design gigs, she enjoys using her vast skill set to help non-profit organizations. She recently created the e-commerce division for St. Vincent De Paul to convert their valuable donations into a cash revenue source for the organization.
