Vickie and Cathy did an absolutely great job. From our Initial meeting until the sale closed they were professional and caring. They helped us through several offers. They were great at marketing our home using multiple channels that resulted in selling our home in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to sell their home or property. They stayed in constant contact through every step including after the sale. We would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Vickie, Cathy and their team did an absolutely great job selling our home. They were alway available to answer our questions, day or night. They kept us informed as we worked through several offers. They were extremely helpful assisting and advising us through it all. They had multiple marketing plans that kept our home advertised multiple ways, which led multiple offers and the sale of our home.
We highly recommend them to anyone who has a home to sell.

Vickie, Cathy and their team have been a Godsend in assisting us in the sale of our home. We had such a short notice on our move and were having a difficult time deciding on a real estate company to assist us and they had the highest reviews in our area for customer service and quick sales. They came in with their sleeves rolled up and within a few days they had a plan and all the information about the current market to us to get us on the right track to get our home listed for the best price and a quick sale. We were on such a tight schedule and had to move prior to listing the home that they were able to recommend and handle a contractor to get the house ready for sale, they took care of everything for us. The house went under contractor the day after listing, and for over asking price, which we never expected. If you are looking to sell your home and don’t know where to start or want a team that knows the market and exactly how to market your home for a quick sale, they are the pair you want working for you.

It was an experience above and beyond anyone could expect . They walked me patiently and professionally thru every step of the entire process . Identified and coached me regarding what can come up and slow down the timeline if not looked into prior to inspection. With their help I had zero Delay. Not to mention their insight when creating the posting , the house had two bids in the first 48 hours and closed a few weeks later ! I was also able to donate a lot of household goods left by tenant in excellent condition , to Knock knock House because they work closely with that organization/Charity ;)

This team is truly amazing and a blessing for anyone buying or selling a home. They priced and marketed our home strategically, and we received an offer that met our goals. The entire process was organized and well communicated, but most importantly they were patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about our family. We’re very grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them!

Despite the difficult housing market, Vickie and Cathy worked hard to find ways to attract buyers. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for experienced, professional real estate agents.

She went above and beyond our expectations. Always had an upbeat attitude towards selling our house. Took care of all the little things that we couldn’t bc we were out of town. Answered all our real estate questions honestly and promptly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Cathy and Vicky were amazing to work with. Always quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to get the house sold. Me being 3000 miles away meant all of the heavy lifting of working with contractors, etc. fell to them and they handled everything flawlessly. I could not have had a better experience in selling my home.

Cathy and Vickie are two of my favorite people and a great team! We have moved three times in the past five years which is gross and exhausting and they have helped us with both buying and selling all three times. I wouldn't consider working with any other realtors.
You will know what is coming or what is required of you every step of the way, they are super responsive when you text or call and they are always five steps ahead. They will also calm you down when you are freaking out. :) I especially appreciate their knowledge when it comes to market conditions and negotiating.
It's not easy finding a good Realtor but they are exceptional and you can't go wrong in choosing them.

She has a true heart for service in her community as well. You would be doing yourself a favor choosing Cathy to represent you as a buyer or seller of real estate.

Just bought our third home with Vickie and Cathy and we wouldn't use anyone else. Their combined years of experience, network of agents, and deep pool of resources always serves us well. I could not recommend them more.

Nothing short of excellence. I needed to purchase a home out of state. It’s one thing to purchase a home in state or even a few cities over…. Out of state… is an entirely different ball game and Cathy knows ALL the rules. Professional, dignified and honestly idk what would have done without her. She found my home. In a world with Zillow… Redfin etc etc you think you would know the home you want… but without Cathy we would have passed by the prized jewel of the north end that is now our forever home. You can not buy a home without someone like Cathy that you can count on. Always on time (even when I wasn’t) compassionate and the guidance only years of experience can build, “thank you” seems to fall short on the hard work Cathy put into working with us.

Absolutely incredible guidance from Cathy. Her ability to navigate for me when I was out of state and her patience with me was beyond helpful in this process. I would have been lost without her. I really can’t express how helpful she was. We found the perfect house because of her :)
