Vickie, Cathy and their team have been a Godsend in assisting us in the sale of our home. It was an experience above and beyond anyone could expect . They walked me patiently and professionally thru every step of the entire process . Identified and coached me regarding what can come up and slow down the timeline if not looked into prior to inspection. With their help I had zero Delay. Not to mention their insight when creating the posting , the house had two bids in the first 48 hours and closed a few weeks later ! I was also able to donate a lot of household goods left by tenant in excellent condition , to Knock knock House because they work closely with that organization/Charity ;)

Cathy and Vickie are two of my favorite people and a great team! We have moved three times in the past five years which is gross and exhausting and they have helped us with both buying and selling all three times. I wouldn't consider working with any other realtors.
You will know what is coming or what is required of you every step of the way, they are super responsive when you text or call and they are always five steps ahead. They will also calm you down when you are freaking out. :) I especially appreciate their knowledge when it comes to market conditions and negotiating.
It's not easy finding a good Realtor but they are exceptional and you can't go wrong in choosing them.

Nothing short of excellence. I needed to purchase a home out of state. It’s one thing to purchase a home in state or even a few cities over…. Out of state… is an entirely different ball game and Cathy knows ALL the rules. Professional, dignified and honestly idk what would have done without her. She found my home. In a world with Zillow… Redfin etc etc you think you would know the home you want… but without Cathy we would have passed by the prized jewel of the north end that is now our forever home. You can not buy a home without someone like Cathy that you can count on. Always on time (even when I wasn’t) compassionate and the guidance only years of experience can build, “thank you” seems to fall short on the hard work Cathy put into working with us.
