Vance began studying and transacting deals in the Oregon real estate sector in 2002. With a keen eye for seeking out depressed real estate in areas with growth potential, Vance began purchasing, fixing and flipping homes in Lane County with great success. Real Estate has always been a personal passion of Vance’s. It was also a family business, as his Mother was the owner and principal broker at Modesto Real Estate in California. It has been a long time goal of Vance’s to pursue a career in the real estate industry, and to bring his expertise and experience to home-buyers in Oregon. To that end, Vance obtained his Oregon real estate license in 2010, and is now an active broker at Windermere Real Estate/Lane County in Eugene.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Vance enjoyed a very successful career as a PGA Golf Professional. His experience in the golf industry spans over 15 years. In that time, he not only honed his skills as a golf professional at some of the world's finest golf resorts, but also coached some of the best collegiate players in the country at the University of Oregon. From Kapalua Club in Maui, to Crosswater Club in Sunriver and Shadow Hills Country Club in Junction City, Vance has been a positive factor in the success of some of this country's most acclaimed golf courses. Most recently, he served as the Head PGA Professional at Springfield Country Club. Vance has organized world class tournaments in Maui and spear-headed junior golf programs in Oregon. From teaching the game of golf, to managing top level golf shops, he has a very strong reputation of professionalism and dedication, which he looks forward to bringing to his real estate career.

Vance and his wife, Erin, enjoy a very strong connection with their community. When Vance isn’t showing houses, on the golf course or running the trails of Lane County with his dog, Caddy, he is attending community events or teaching golf to his wide range of students. Vance’s wife, Erin, is a former Eugene news anchor and television personality, and keeps Vance busy hosting and attending Lane County events. He is passionate about his work in the real estate sector, and looks forward to further developing relationships with current and new clients.
