Todd has helped me buy and sell multiple homes over the last 10 years and I am truly grateful for his partnership. Most recently, my wife and I were looking to buy a new house in Snohomish County, but were a bit alarmed at some of the insane competition out there and started thinking we might have to settle for renting for awhile until things calmed down. Todd met with us, presented helpful market data and talked us through various options and timing considerations based on our must-have / nice-to-have list and our budget. We started checking out houses during a week where Todd was out of state, but he put us in touch with his associate Stefana, who did a great job showing us some houses and took good care of us as well. She was super knowledgeable, and it was nice to see how the Windermere team worked together to provide seamlessly excellent customer service. Once we found the right home, Todd helped us submit an offer, and even though the seller was reviewing offers the next day and ours was not going to be the highest dollar amount overall, Todd worked with the seller's agent to explore several creative ways to make our offer the most attractive while staying within our budget. His calm demeanor and professional navigation of the process was reassuring and helped our experience be the complete opposite of the insanity we were braced for. We started with Todd in June 2021 and he worked with us until we found a house that best met our needs in November. During that time, he found many leads for us and showed us many houses, obtaining the information we requested. He provided good guidance in possible strategies to win bids in this very competitive market and helped us through the extensive paperwork necessary, answering all of our questions. While we had to bid on several houses, our bids were all very good in comparison to the competition. Even after we closed on the house, he continued to help us with any concerns and providing recommendations for things that weren't even related to the house because we were moving from out of state (e.g., an accountant for doing taxes and even someone to fix our lawn mower). During the whole time, he was very friendly, patient, and professional. We have worked with many real estate agents in many states over the years and he has been the best. We highly recommend him.

Our experience with Todd Marshall was everything we could want. He was so friendly and responsive to our needs. During this Covid19 pandemic Todd was diligent in making sure we were safe as well as those entering our home. He kept us informed at all times what the real estate rules were and how the market was doing. We made the decision to relocate from the area we lived in for 45 years to an entirely different part of the State to be near our children and grandchildren. It seemed overwhelming and stressful until we met Todd Marshall. I am an out-of-state real estate owner, and Todd Marshall recently sold my single family home in Everett, after only a few days on the market. I had been putting off the sale because of the daunting task of handling such a big transaction from far away. From my first conversation with Todd, he took charge right away of inspecting the property, making recommendations for preparing it for sale, and actually coordinating the remodel/repair work with contractors. He reported to me regularly on the status, accurately estimated its worth and length of time on the market, and helped me navigate the offers and sale – all from a distance.
