When we found out that Toby helped our neighbor to sell their house in one day, we had to look into using his services. He came over and looked at our house and explained how he would proceed with selling. He was always in contact by text or phone and keeping us updated. He sent paper work digitally so it was very convenient. The house didn't sell in a day-- it took a couple weeks. We were thrilled!
