As a licensed Realtor since 1991, I have experienced many of the real estate market changes. I have participated in helping people to buy and sell what is for most, the biggest investment they will make in their lives. I have facilitated sales from many areas of Lane County, to as far south as Roseburg, to as far north as Portland, and, as far away as Australia, New Zealand, and Czechoslovakia!

• SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) REALTORS® who want to specialize in the real estate needs of maturing Americans. • SFR: National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification allows me a framework for understanding how to: direct distressed sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals; qualify sellers for short sales; develop a short-sale package; negotiate with lenders; protect buyers.
