Tyler is amazing. As many of the reviews state, he is great at keeping you informed of what is going on and replies to emails and phone calls super fast. I felt I was constantly in the loop throughout the process, which is exactly what we wanted. He was also really caring and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. As first time home buyers, we felt very comfortable having Tyler support us through this process.

Tyler is a top notch realtor and I would highly recommend using him when buying or selling a home. He is patient, accommodating, and extremely helpful. We had a tight closing date and he kept us on track to ensure we'd meet it. With the current crazy housing market, we were in uncertain situations with our home purchase. He provided his expertise but was never pushy or dictating. Tyler is also very tech saavy so the whole home buying experience was entirely paperless and easy to do no matter where we were. Tyler made himself available to us at all times, no matter how many questions we had. I would definitely recommend using him and we will be using him again the next time we buy or sell a home!

My wife and I worked with Tyler Anderson to find the perfect home in Seattle. We had worked with a few realtors in California before moving to Seattle a few years ago and expected it to painful, time consuming, and expected a lot of dead air in communication. NONE of that happened! Tyler was incredibly responsive, made great recommendations every step of the way, and we were under contract within two weeks of our first showing, and settled a month later! We couldn't have asked for a smoother process! We felt like his only and most important client the whole time, though we're sure he's super busy.
