Teresa’s Bio: Thanks so much for welcoming me into your home and allowing me to assist you with your Real Estate needs. I have been in the business since 2004 and have been grateful for the amazing people I have been privileged to meet and help with their life transitions. I have lived in Washington State since 1993 and have raised my family on the Sammamish Plateau. I have three children, a daughter and twin sons. My husband and I moved to this area to be near family as he continued his education. After he graduated, he had no intention of moving but did not tell me. I was raised in the South and struggled with the different weather for a few years. Now, I cannot imagine any place besides the Northwest as Home. I graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. I joined the Navy with the intention to see the world and they stationed me in my home state of Florida. I met my husband there and we moved all over the United States as we started our family. We moved to Issaquah when my three children were just babies. I was able to work in Nursing until I started in Real Estate in 2004. I often tell my client's that the skill set is very much the same. How can I assess your needs? How can I assist you in a plan? How can I control the process to make it the easiest for your transition? I joined Windermere Real Estate in 2011. It was a very purposeful move. This industry can be stressful for the Brokers and our Clients. Working for a company that has written Standards of Practice make a process fraught with ambiguity very clear. There is a right way to do things and I feel like I have found a company that is in line with the way that I like to conduct business. Besides me, you are supported by the Windermere Standard which holds the market share in our community.
