Having helped clients purchase and sell properties in every sector of the Portland Metro Area, Teresa considers her true area of specialty is not geographic, but rather in serving her clients` needs by concentrating on their particular goals and working diligently until they are met.

With more than 28 years of experience as a Realtor, Teresa feels truly grateful for the strong relationships she has built, which have helped her create a successful referral-based business. She enjoys learning something new with every transaction and treasures the friendships that have grown along the way. One of her greatest joys is helping the children of clients and family friends buy their first homes. Teresa is dedicated to exceeding client expectations, whether in marketing their current home or finding their next one, by keeping everyone informed throughout the process. She values honest and open communication, carefully listens to needs, addresses questions and concerns, and works hard to find solutions to any challenges that arise. Understanding that buying or selling a home can be stressful, Teresa brings a sense of humor to the experience and encourages her clients to do the same, making the journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Personal + Professional Accomplishments & Affiliations
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Teresa worked in the legal field in Eugene and subsequently in San Francisco where she and her husband moved just after they were married in 1983. Their first son was born in SF in 1987, and in 1990 (after the earthquake!) they returned to Oregon to raise their family in what they consider to be the most livable city on the West Coast. Their two sons went through the Lincoln School District and moved on to the Univ of Oregon, so they are officially an All-Duck family, although they have many friends on the other side of the field!
