We are Teresa and JJ Coats, proud members of Windermere Group One, dedicated to serving the Tri-Cities Region. Teresa boasts over two decades of experience as a Realtor, complemented by JJ's recent addition to our dynamic team in 2019. Together, we find fulfillment in assisting our clients in realizing their financial objectives through strategic Real Estate endeavors.

Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Clemson University, while JJ brings a wealth of service experience as a third-generation firefighter, having retired as a Captain from the Kennewick Fire Department. Beyond our professional pursuits, we cherish family adventures, including travel, rafting, and quality time with our six children. Additionally, we are active volunteers with Camelot Therapeutic Horsemanship and various school programs.
