Ty Evans is a member of the Bainbridge Island School Board Foundation and has raised two sets of twins from preschool to high school on beautiful Bainbridge Island. She is an avid equestrian and devoted member of the Bainbridge Island community. Natalie Evans
Natalie grew up in a real estate household. Her mother, Ty Evans, has worked for Windermere Real Estate for over 30 years, and is a Executive Premier Director for the company. Real estate was a natural career choice for Natalie. After graduating with a marketing degree, Natalie worked for Nordstrom at their Seattle flagship store. She worked in sales for 6 months before quickly being promoted to management. Working for Nordstrom established in Natalie the value of true customer service.
Natalie began working in the real estate industry in 2014 where she became the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for Windermere Capitol Hill. She was responsible for creating content in all the social media platforms for the office and provided marketing tools for the agents. Natalie also helped individual agents with their social media and marketing needs. Soon thereafter, Natalie became a licensed real estate assistant to a Windermere agent, focusing on listing preparation, social media, and marketing strategies. It didn’t take long for Natalie to decide to become a full-time broker. She is working at Windermere Bainbridge Island, near where she grew up. So choosing that office, out of many, was a perfect fit!
