Tashia's career has always centered on people. She spent over a decade as a licensed wellness practitioner, before finding her way to real estate. In every role, she's built trust through transparency, listened carefully to what people truly need, and shown up with a strong work ethic and loyal commitment to seeing things through — qualities that now shape how she guides clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Having lived in Kansas, Arizona, Kentucky, California, and now Washington, Tashia brings a rare, firsthand appreciation for what makes each community unique — and what people are really looking for when they plant roots somewhere new.
Since settling on the Eastside in 2019, she's become deeply embedded in the Bellevue community: currently serving as Co-Treasurer of the Spiritridge Elementary PTSA in the Bellevue School District, and previously as Board Chair of the Bellevue Cooperative Preschool. Between walking her kids to school, volunteering at local events, and building relationships with hundreds of families across the district, she's developed a working knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and community life that goes well beyond the MLS. She carries her family's motto - "be strong, be smart, and be kind" - towards realestate and finding clients their future home.
Alongside her husband, Tashia has also gained hands-on real estate experience co-managing short-term rental properties in Seattle and Maui — handling property turnovers, maintenance coordination, and both residential and commercial transactions. During the 2023 Maui wildfires, the couple leased their condo through FEMA to a fire survivor, because doing the right thing matters.
