Where do I begin with Tara Jo Hayes? This is our second time having Tara Jo as our realtor and during this most recent process she had to really utilize her professional skills more than ever. She went to bat for us and made sure that the house we wanted was the house we would get. She went above and beyond with open houses, facilitating walk throughs, and negotiating on our behalf. Where do I begin….Selling our home came with LOTS of challenges. Including a difficult neighbor and interferences from a couple brokers from other agencies being unethical. I’m not sure how Tara Joe kept it together and made us feel so confident and comfortable. It would have been easy to muddy the waters or walk away but Tara Joe stood with class and pride when everything was being thrown at us. She is truly one of the good ones!
I would recommend her to anybody. She knows her stuff like the back of her hand. She is always on top of her game. We loved that she is so spunky, personable, and has a heart of gold. She answered all our questions day or night. She made sure that we felt like we were always put first, heard, and understood.
As a small business owner myself, I look up to Tara Joe. She has proven to me that good guys do prevail. Staying aligned morally and ethically in difficult times shows a lot about one’s true character.

Tara Jo is amazing, she never gives up! In this crazy world of real estate my son was looking for a house for 3 years. He would get serious in his search, then need a break from it all. Tara Jo respected his situation and followed the pace he needed each time. Once he became very serious she was like an assistant in a high end clothing store, knowing exactly what he needed and tossing it his way to try on, he didn't have to do anything but look at it. She had an answer for every issue, made phone calls to title companies, was an advocate when things needed to change during the purchase process because of his job. Right from the beginning Tara was the perfect match for us. We were not totally sure what we would need to do and get done in order sell our house and buy another. She walked through our house and gave me details of what would help in each room and gave her honest opinion on how the market was going. Tara was full of knowledge and spunk to get it all done in a timely manner. We had some glitches with who we chose to work with on the financial side for buying and she was very encouraging and on top of all her side of the job was. When it got down to the wire she was still hustling for us and communicated all the time with us each step of the way. If you want someone to hustle, be excited for you, communicate, tell you the truth, and go beyond for you then Tara is your gal. If or when we upgrade we will not hesitate and call her up.

My husband and I had been looking for a home, and a realtor we liked and trusted, for almost two years when we met Tara Jo Hayes at an open house. We knew immediately that she was the person we needed and we were right. We had an accepted offer on our first home within a month. Tara Jo was extremely proactive in searching put properties that were within our budget (which she was extremely repsectfully of) and met that our needs (which she patiently helped us refine within our budget). She faithfully stood by as we walked house after house, answering all of our questions, assuring us that we would find what we were looking for, and never once making us feel rushed or hurried into a decision. Where do I start for a testimonial for Tara Jo! She is amazing at her job! She is timely with information, real with information and generous with her time.
