By far the best, most responsive agent I’ve worked with having purchased 6 homes and selling 5. Tami listens, points out issues, doesn’t pressure you to buy. She had great ideas for getting my house ready, helped with a lot of work and staged it. Was very considerate of neighbors. We chose Tami O’Brien to be our broker and she began working for us within an hour of signing the contract by clarifying an issue with an easement contract. Within a couple of days, she arranged a full pre-inspection which found a few hidden problems. She gave us excellent referrals of professionals who helped us get the house ready to list. Having a pre-inspection in hand with evidence that we corrected the problems gave our buyers confidence that the house was sound. We listed at a difficult time, but Tami helped us with a flexible strategy that got the house sold. Tami also represented us on the purchase of our new home. I recently bought and sold homes using Windermere Real Estate. Tami O'Brien was my agent for both transaction. I have to say, other than being a Boeing relocation years ago, (which the company contracts both agent/agency).This was the best real estate experience I have ever had, (I bought my first home when I was 24 years old so there have been a few). Tami was the most knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with, not only on the buying and selling aspects, but on the actual structure of the home's themselves. She was there throughout the entire process, always available whatever my needs were. If I could not find the "right mirror" for one of the selling bathrooms she found it. When I went to pick out new title for the same selling bathroom she meet me there and shopped with me. Tami came to us by recommendation by family. Once we began working with her, we knew why she was recommended. She was upfront and straightforward about the market and expectations. It was evident that her focus in the real estate business was to care about her clients. We had some significant setbacks with our sale that delayed us for a few weeks, but Tami was able to provide references to vendors that aided us in getting back on track. From the buying perspective, in such a unique and extreme market, Tami met with us in looking through homes and was quite honest with her opinion of the homes. As noted earlier, her opinion was only to help us reconcile our wants and needs with what we saw in the house. I can't recommend Tami enough and though I'd say we would work with Tami again, she found us such a wonderful home, it'll be a very long time before we decide to move again.
