We came across Suzanne by chance - her name was on a property that we were interested in seeing. This property was under contract but we are so glad to have met. Suzanne's deep knowledge of the area and advice and guidance on what properties to see were invaluable. Suzanne went above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate listing agent. We were at our Henderson, Nevada home during the listing process. Her communication with us was excellent, and she handled many of the details in getting the home ready for listing. She kept us informed with every person or group that viewed the property. After an agreement was signed with the buyers, we had a number of issues that needed to be attended to. Suzanne went above and beyond the call of duty! She was on top of all details, researched plats, maps and local controversies quickly, and kept us fully informed as we worked through the due diligence phases. Suzanne just sold my beautiful condo in Ketchum and I couldn't be happier. Throughout the whole process Suzanne was always available and quick to respond to whatever needed to be done or any questions I had for her. I have known Suzanne for about 10 years and have always been impressed with her poise, professionalism, and focus. In 2007 I asked her to represent me and put my house on the market. In the summer of 2009 Suzanne Hausner helped us to write up an offer, to negotiate, to finalize , and ultimately to buy the house we had been renting for 14 years! Suzanne worked with us for over two years in a very difficult market in both selling our home and buying a new home. She was at every single viewing when our house was for sell, answering questions, and offering a tour. When it came time to buy in a depressed market with little inventory, Suzanne never gave up, and eventually found us a short sale. This sale dragged on for five months, with very little upside for the amount of hard work that went into it. Suzanne never complained and worked tirelessly to close the home of our dreams. I would give her the highest recommendation.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY REALTOR, SUZANNE HAUSNER. I LISTED MY CONDO WITH HER FROM 2006 T0 2013. THE HOUSING MARKET WAS NOT GOOD AT THAT TIME, BUT SUZANNE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DOING WHATEVER NEEDED TO BE DONE TO TRY AND GET IT SOLD. IE.
