FOR ALL OF MY CLIENTS I'm going to answer your calls, texts and emails promptly! I'll provide property and market specific research to help you make informed decisions. I am detail oriented and have the heart of an educator, so I'll be there to answer your questions, help you understand your options and guide you through the inspection and closing process. I am your advocate in every way!
FOR SELLERS I focus on "Pre-Launch" preparations to make your property "market ready" on Day 1 of being on the market, with a strategic goal of minimizing "2nd round negotiation" provisions in a typical purchase & sale agreement.
Once on the market, I use a mix of in person and online marketing activities to produce maximum exposure to the market. I'll also provide market updates regularly so you don’t have to guess what's happening with your property listing.
FOR BUYERS I'll be scouring the market for properties that meet your specific purchase criteria. Once we find "the one" I'll be there to walk you through the evaluation process in terms of determining what a fair offer would be, brainstorm strategies for competing in multiple offer situations, and help you navigate through inspections, financing contingencies and the closing process.

IN MY FREE TIME I enjoy camping and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband (a retired firefighter/paramedic), fruit and vegetable gardening; cooking and spending time with friends and family.
