Susan is absolutely wonderful to work with when buying and selling your home. She never missed a beat on sending us the most recent listed homes that checked off our want list boxes. Always made time to drive us around to view them and helped provide guidance when we needed it. She made both buying and selling seem somehow less stressful and took care or everything. On top of her being a rockstar she is a delight to be around. Bonus, she was great with our son which made it easier to bring him along on home tours. If we decide to buy/sell in the future we will be contacting her and only her. Without hesitation I highly recommend Susan!

We were struggling on the market for two years with no luck. It's a very tough market, and we went through several agents and got nowhere. A while after we'd given up we met Susan, and she convinced us to give home buying another shot.After an interview, she put together a list of houses and got a feel for our wants and needs. A week later, she had a house she knew we'd want - printed out the paperwork before we'd even responded. We saw it two hours after it came onto the market, we fell in love with it, and while still there she began making calls. I was hugely impressed that she knew so many people in the real estate world, and she talked to the listing agent immediately so that we could negotiate and get an offer in when it counted. After a two year search, Susan got us a house in a week and a half, because of her attentiveness, negotiation skills and gung-ho attitude. The agent you chose will determine the house you get, or in this crazy market, if you get one - and I have recommended Susan to friends, family and will definitely go to her in the future, because she's absolutely the best agent I've seen.

Where do we begin? With our busy schedules and a new baby - along with a busy toddler! - we had limited time for selling our home and purchasing a new one. However, with Susan's support we were able to do both in an amazingly seamless process. Susan was always timely and helpful with her responsiveness to our inquiries and worked around our schedules with showing homes and our open house. We are also the type of people who look multiple times at a home when we are interested in purchasing it and she was so accommodating with showing and letting us look around as long as it took to decide. And when the process really got going she went above and beyond with negotiating prices, ensuring that the other agents, lenders and escrow were all on the same page - and on time! - coordinating multiple inspections, contractors and even movers. With one home we seriously contemplated purchasing, Susan actually called a recommended concrete contractor on our behalf and coordinated meeting times for us and with the city. Then she continued to follow up with the contractor to help us meet a contract deadline. Susan took the time to educate us about every step of the process and kept us motivated and encouraged during the rough spots. Through this process she was so patient with us and really took the time to get to know our little family and our needs and wants. When we finally did move into our new home, Susan had left thoughtful housewarming gifts throughout the house that showed how well she had gotten to know us! Before we met Susan, we imagined that a real estate agent basically showed homes. After this process, we now understand that a realtor is really your advocate and truly your agent in the home buying and selling process and functions as a navigator and coordinator of the multiple moving parts. We can't say enough about how pleased and grateful we are for Susan's hard work on our behalf.
