We were 2,000 miles away when we started working with Sue. Sue was so willing to travel long distances take tons of pictures of houses and send them to us so we could try to purchase a home prior to making our move. She always responded quickly and helped us with her knowledge of the area and neighborhoodsWe continued to work with Sue over a few months. She was always willing to change her schedule at a moments notice to show us homes. We finally found a home and Sue was there every inch of the way with us, she supported us right through closing.We would us Sue to buy or sell a home again.Sue is a friendly and dedicated person and is very easy to communicate with.

With so many agents to choose from in the area, finding the right fit can be a challenge. Home buying or selling is such a big decision that finding Sue Romo was finding perfection for our home buying journey.We met Sue when we contacted her through a Zillow ad. The response time was fast and she met us at the property within a day or so. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area, her willingness to meet us again and again, and her answers our texts or emails any time day or night. We viewed many many properties, put in multiple offers, pulled multiple offers after the inspection phase; and not once did Sue make us feel like a burden. She continued to stay in contact and answer our questions about other properties. We viewed everything from a major fixer with a poo in the closet to a beautiful riverfront home (our final choice). Sue Romo was a joy to work with from beginning to end. Sue has become our agent, and friend, for life. We wouldn’t trust another agent with our real estate needs. She will make you feel like you’re the most important client in her life. We simply can’t recommend her enough!

We have spent the last six months searching for a home in the Northwest Washington area. During most of this time, we worked with Sue Romo. We met with her once and the rest of the time she worked with us by phone, text, email and video. Sue is not only knowledgeable and experienced, she is friendly, personable and interested in her clients' story. She went the extra mile, literally, to help us find and purchase our new home. She did video walking tours with us, helped with neighborhood information and recommended to us a great home inspection service. In addition she made valid recommendations negotiated various points successfully with the seller. She enabled all the requisite forms and paperwork via email, directed us to the appropriate title companies and arranged for the closing to be completed with a title company here in Idaho.
