About Us

Sandra

Born and raised in the beautiful Columbia Gorge area, near Vancouver Washington, Sandra feels a strong sense of kinship with Seattle and has called it home since 1988. She has lived in several of our great neighborhoods including West Seattle, Queen Anne, Fremont, Magnolia and now resides in North Beach with her husband.

Early in her career, Sandra made a commitment to education. She has earned her Managing Broker license, CRS—Certified Residential Specialist (less than 4% of Realtors nationwide earn this designation because of its stringent requirements), MCNE—Master Certified Negotiation Expert, SRES—Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Windermere Relocation Specialist and Divorce Specialist. She has a special interest in conflict resolution and problem solving.

Sandra has a fondness for any animal, but especially birds. Her home life includes two crazy cats, several pet pigeons in an outdoor aviary, a home office she shares with a ring-neck dove and Willow, a disabled pigeon. Several of these birds were either rescues or adoptees.

Steve

As a Washington State native, Steve is very familiar with Puget Sound neighborhoods. Steve grew up in Bellevue and spent many years living in Queen Anne and North Seattle. Currently Steve resides in Brier and loves it! Steve maintains offices in both Snohomish and King County.

Steve has a special interest in technology and online marketing. He is constantly striving to improve and expand online marketing opportunities for Sellers. The online world moves very fast. Steve makes sure he’s on top of the newest tools and technology that make sense for clients. Steve consistently earns high praise from clients and has been awarded Best in Client Satisfaction from Seattle Magazine several years in a row.

In his free time, Steve enjoys working out, hiking and traveling to any sunny location, with special fondness for Puerto Vallarta and enjoys Southern California’s beautiful seaside and desert communities.
