Stephen's journey began in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but it was in Kennewick, Washington, where he truly found his roots, arriving at the age of 5. Graduating from Southridge High School in '06, his athletic ability earned him a track and field scholarship to Concordia University in Portland, where he literally leaped into the next chapter of his life.

Growing up as a mixed kid—half Jamaican, half Korean—Stephen cherished the opportunity to immerse himself in the vibrant tapestry of Portland's diverse community. Now, landing a role at Windermere, a company that shares his passion for diversity and equality, feels like the culmination of a lifelong dream.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Stephen is a devoted family man, sharing his life with a wonderful wife and two children, ages 4 and 5. He has a deep appreciation for local cuisine and brews, always eager to explore the culinary delights that Portland has to offer.
