Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I’m honored to work with Windermere Group One here in the Tri-Cities. Real estate has become my passion because I truly enjoy helping people find a home that feels right for them. A place where they can create memories, feel safe, and call their own. Those are the foundations I bring into every client relationship, and they help me guide people through the buying or selling process with clarity and care.

I’ve lived in the Tri-Cities area for more than 20 years and have seen this amazing community grow and thrive. My background in the restoration industry gave me valuable experience in how homes are impacted by fire, water, and mold, and more importantly, how they are brought back to life. That hands-on knowledge allows me to see beyond the surface and give my clients a clear understanding of what makes a property a strong investment. I bring that same attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to every transaction.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, whether that’s camping, watching movies, hiking, swimming, or traveling. I also enjoy baking and cooking. These are the moments that remind me why home matters, and I’m proud to help others find that same feeling.
